Step 1
Submit Your Uniform Request
Start by filling out the Custom Uniform Request Form below.
Please include:
- Sport type
- Quantity by size (S / M / L / LL)
- Shipping address (USA)
Then click “Send My Uniform Request.”
Step 2
Upload Your Design to Your Private Folder
After you submit the form, we’ll email you a link to your own private shared upload folder.
Upload any design files you have, including:
- A hand-drawn sketch (a photo is fine)
- Illustrator / PDF / high-resolution artwork
- Any logos, colors, notes, or inspiration images
Just drop everything into your folder—no need to worry about formatting.
Step 3
We Make Your Design Production-Ready
Our uniform design team will rebuild and adjust your artwork to match the uniform’s:
- Panels
- Seams
- Fit and shape
So it looks great on the body and is ready for manufacturing.
Step 4
Approve the Final Design
We’ll send you the final design proof for confirmation.
Once you approve it, we move to pricing and scheduling.
Step 5
Receive Your Quote + Production Timeline
After design approval, we’ll email you:
- Final price
- Production time
- Estimated delivery date
Step 6
Production & Delivery
If the price and timeline work for you, we start production immediately and ship your custom uniforms to your address.
